Shift Managers

Have you been in an entry-level position within the retail, restaurant, or convenience store business?  Are you ready to take the next step forward?

Shift Manager positions at Country Fair are unique.  Our Shift Managers have given us some reasons:

			“Shift Manager is an excellent way for me to make a part time commitment to Country Fair while I finish college.  This position will naturally lead to the Management Development Program upon completion of school.”
			"My obligations at home have changed.  Being a Shift Manager offers me the flexibility to hold a position of responsibility and take care of my needs at home.”

General Store Shift Managers typically work 25 to 35 hours per week, which includes a combination of day and evening shifts.  They earn wages similar to those of Sales Associates but are paid a shift differential for taking on the added responsibility involved with the position.

Shift Manager positions are also available at select stores in our Food Service Departments.  Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred, but as with all positions, excellent training is provided.
