Our entry-level Store Manager salary is highly competitive (dependant on the volume of business at the store) based on a 48 hour work week, but most of our Managers earn well above that.  A multi-faceted bonus structure can also add thousands of dollars per year to a Country Fair Manager's income.  Country Fair's comprehensive benefits package is highly competitive.  Highlights include:
